I need cleaning tools, definitely.

With 3  5 year-old kids around, how can you maintain a clean floor?   They will scatter the floors with their toys and keep them inside their respective boxes after playing.  But of course,  you cannot expect them to clean up their mess totally.  What is left is a dirty floor.  So, how will I maintain a clean floor?  Sought the help online from suite101.com. 

Before, what I did was I  had my pail filled with cleaning detergent and cleaned them by hand.  I did not mind crawling on the floor just to get the deep-seated dirt.  But as the years go by,  I could not manage anymore to get them done.  What I need are cleaning tools.  My brother, one time brought home this mop that he bought in Germany. All you need is a rag that you will stick to the end of the mop and use it to push your rag against the floor.  It is not as clean as getting them done by your bare hands but it helps a lot.

 

The day after the first Sunday of the Year, The Three Kings, I decided to remove some of the Christmas decorations we have.
Last year, we put them up just right before the dawn masses.  It was unlike the previous years that we spent Christmas.  Before, the moment the months starts ending in BER, we would already put up the Christmas decorations.  But probably because of the global crisis, we decided to decorate late last year.

We kept all the christmas balls in one plastic and had them labeled and stored them inside the cabinet.  Our 5-year-old niece did all the cleaning.  She wanted to do it all by herself.   I knew I took pictures of her while cleaning it. But then when I checked my camera, nothing was there.  What I saw was this:

He he he.  I believe that it is not only decorations that we all have to clean but also her little toes. Not the pretty toes that I used to see. I told her, “you need cleaning too.”

Some are freaks of something, whether a bag, clothes, shoes, food.  I am a strange one, cleaning  freak.   I am a freak of cleanliness.  Well tell you, not immaculately clean.  But clean in a way that it is in order.  I love to look at clean floors.  Earlier, I saw on home shopping tv a new floor cleaner.  A steam vaccum cleaner that costs P 5,000.  Well, that is too much.  I just wanted to do things unceremoniously.
I have always loved a freshly-scented bathroom.  Floors that are free of hair, and left soap suds that make the floor slippery.

One product that is good in cleaning is baking soda, a reliable  household cleaner. I myself have proven it.   It eliminates floor stains.  What else?  It gets rid of rancid odor of your bathroom.  2 tablespoons mixed with 1/8 cup of water is all you need, just enough to make a paste.  Try it and it really works, all for a cheap price.
